Eligibility Guidelines
To qualify for the Realtor Referral Program, the following conditions must be met:
- The realtor must register the client prior to their first direct contact with Varsity Homes (show home visit, email, or phone inquiry).
- The client must enter into a build agreement with Varsity Homes within 120 days of registration.
- The referring realtor must be a licensed real estate agent in Saskatchewan.
- Only one referral per client will be honoured.
- Referrals are not applicable for clients already in direct contact with Varsity Homes.
