Insulation and Poly

• Exterior house walls R20 fiberglass batts-CMHC approved.
• House ceiling R40 blown or R40 fiberglass batts(vaulted ceilings)-CMHC approved.
• 6 mil poly-CGSB, frame caulked, poly pans and vapor caulked.
• Caulking on all required exterior locations.
• Joist spaces and cantilevers to be fiberglass batts and core board.
