• 3/8" OSB sheathing on exterior walls and roof
• James Hardie Siding or acrylic stucco as per plan and standard colour choice
• Pre-finished aluminum trim around garage doors as per standard colour choice
• Pre-finished aluminum fascia, vented soffits, 5" eavestroughs and downspouts as per standard colour choice
• Poured in place concrete step c/w pile at front entry as per plan
